Secret Gallery

Hidden among the rice fields of Hội An, Secret Gallery is an intimate contemporary art space created as a place for art, culture and connection.

The gallery was built from scratch on a beautiful piece of land beside the rice fields. Rather than turning it into a conventional accommodation project, its founders, Phan Ngọc Minh and Doan Huy Hoang, chose to create a dedicated space for contemporary art, a place for exhibitions, creative exchange and new encounters. Hoang, an architect, drew the building himself, shaping it around what was already there: open rooms, arches, and light that moves across the walls all day.

Mathilde Granveau, a contemporary artist from France living in Vietnam, runs the program: choosing the artists, curating the shows, building the partnerships. She shows her own work here too, abstract paintings built from geometric forms and layered compositions in earthy terracotta tones.

Today, Secret Gallery presents Vietnamese and international artists through curated exhibitions, cultural events and creative collaborations. Come for the art. Stay for the experience.
