What to order
These are the three we would put in front of a friend.
The Cheese Plate
French, generous, built for a long table.
Soft, hard and blue, with olives and honey to pour over. Order the charcuterie board alongside it and the two will hold a table for an hour.
Steak Frites
The one they do properly.
Hand cut chips, a sauce that arrives in its own little pan, and nobody rushing you through it. Order it before the music starts.
The Pâté Board
The most French thing on the table.
Coarse country pâté, cornichons, mustard and warm bread. Made in house, and gone faster than you expect.
